Tropical rooms all have balconies and are located on second and third floors with views of the gardens and native trees, where many species of birds and monkeys can be observed daily. Larger than the Garden rooms, they are ideal for families sharing a room and are equipped with either one King or two Queen-size beds.

Conveniently located just steps from the resort’s primary restaurants, spa, and main pool area. The 25 Garden rooms access the colorful gardens directly from the terrace and feature two Queen-size beds. Observe butterflies, monkeys, and birds right from your room.

An engineering marvel, our 12 Premium rooms are built on rock high atop the resort’s sprawling grounds offering incredible ocean and jungle views. Large sliding doors, two Queen-size beds, and a comfortable balcony make these rooms light and pleasant for couples, friends, and even solo travelers.

When you think Vista Master Suites, think panoramic ocean and jungle views highlighted by large windows and an expansive balcony with a private Jacuzzi. These two lavish master suites each feature a spacious master bedroom (one King-size bed) and living room (sleeper sofa), two plasma TVs, and other luxury amenities.

Spacious, elegant, and classic are only a few of the adjectives that describe the Cristóbal Colón Family Suite (once called the presidential suite) which spreads out over 1,800 sq. ft. and is truly one-of-a-kind in Central America. Our Family Suite is very conveniently located in the main building with direct access to restaurants, conference rooms, the library, and the antique showcase. It includes features three bedrooms, each with a King-size bed and en suite bathroom. As an added luxury, the master bedroom features a Jacuzzi in the bathroom.

You will call the top floor of the Ocean Vista building home when you stay at the Parador Penthouse. Our spectacular Penthouse boasts a 360-degree view of Manuel Antonio National Park as well as the bay towards Biesanz Beach, Quepos, and the Marina Pez Vela. It offers a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room, two balconies.
